Keira joined Grada Recruitment after building a strong foundation in temporary recruitment within the education sector. Originally from London and raised in Wellington, she recently made the move to Auckland, bringing with her a people-first approach and a genuine interest in helping candidates and clients make smart, long-term decisions. Known for her calm, thoughtful style and strong communication skills, Keira is focused on creating meaningful outcomes rather than quick wins.

Keira's Background and Experience

Before joining Grada, Keira managed a busy temporary recruitment portfolio, gaining hands-on experience across candidate engagement, client relationships, and day-to-day recruitment delivery. It was here she developed a strong understanding of how the recruitment process works from both sides of the market, and where she discovered her passion for connecting people with opportunities that genuinely fit.
She was drawn to Grada’s reputation in the engineering space, its supportive team culture, and its focus on quality-driven recruitment. For Keira, the opportunity to work in a specialist market and learn from a high-performing team was a natural next step.
