As well as being the man in charge of civil construction, Rob is one of Grada’s most experienced consultants. Since 2010, Rob has been an integral part of the recruitment industry, and now – with his passion for civil construction and his deep-seated industry knowledge – he is one of New Zealand’s leading consultants within the sector.

Georgia Barr

Principal Consultant | Architecture

Georgia is an essential member of the Grada architecture team. Having previously worked in construction and design recruitment in the UK, Georgia now specialises in architecture recruitment with a particular focus on interiors. Georgia’s other work experience – including being on the tools in the construction industry and operating in high-end hospitality environments – enables her to understand the needs of her clients and candidates alike, resulting in great outcomes for all.
