With a background in Business and HR from AUT, Sangeeta developed a strong foundation in understanding people, performance, and workplace dynamics, something that’s shaped her approach to recruitment from day one. Over the past 12 years, she’s worked across a wide range of industries and role types, from high-volume temps to technical permanent placements. That mix of hands-on experience and formal training gives her an edge when it comes to reading a brief, understanding what a team needs, and finding the right fit.
