Maximilian's Background and Experience

Max’s journey to Grada began in the education sector, leading LEGO®-based STEAM programmes at Bricks4Kidz and managing nationwide events. He later joined The Labour Supply Co, overseeing logistics for 80+ workers and streamlining operations. Highlights include rolling out STEAM programmes to hundreds of schools and successfully transitioning into recruitment, placing multiple candidates within his first months at Grada.

Maximilian's Key to Success

Max credits his success to curiosity and genuine connection. “Relationships are everything in recruitment,” he says. “The more you understand people, the better equipped you are to help them.” He’s passionate about building trust, asking the right questions, and listening intently to both clients and candidates.
