Jules Scowcroft is a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Grada Recruitment, specialising in the commercial construction sector in New Zealand. Outside of work, Jules enjoys playing golf, watching football, and downtime at home.

Originally from England, Jules moved to New Zealand several years ago and transitioned into recruitment shortly thereafter. With a strong background in sales and a BA and MSc in Psychology, he brings a deep understanding of people and what drives their career decisions. Now with over five years of recruitment experience, Jules has built a reputation for his strategic thinking, industry insight, and ability to deliver tailored hiring solutions within the fast-paced construction market. His move to Grada marked a natural next step—joining a team that shares his values, ambition, and commitment to delivering results.
