In her spare time, Leah loves soaking up Auckland’s beautiful coastline, hiking through forests, and enjoying dinners and drinks with friends.

Leah's Background and Experience

Leah’s journey to Grada began on the picturesque Waiheke Island, where she worked in sales at a winery. Her passion for marketing led her to pursue a Diploma in Digital Marketing through NZIE, which paved the way for her current role. With two and a half years of industry experience and one and a half years at Grada, Leah has cultivated a strong skill set that bridges sales, marketing, and operations. Her proudest achievement to date? Organising two successful fundraising quiz nights for Cure Kids, raising over $17,000 across two years.

Leah's Key to Success

Leah attributes her success to working in a supportive, energetic environment. “The team I work with is amazing—such a young and fun group,” she says.
She’s particularly passionate about Grada’s partnerships and events, which allow her to connect with clients and candidates. By staying adaptable and thinking on her feet, Leah ensures her role remains as rewarding as it is challenging.
