Lucy’s career began as a Candidate Resourcer, where she discovered a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds. Drawing on her retail and recruitment experience, she transitioned into executive retail recruitment in New Zealand before exploring the construction and engineering industry. For nearly four years, Lucy has specialised in engineering recruitment, earning accolades like the inaugural Grada MVP award and excelling at matching talented candidates with top-tier roles.

Lucy manages a busy consulting engineering desk, specialising in civil and structural roles while also supporting environmental and geotechnical positions for key clients. She thrives on connecting skilled professionals with opportunities where they can grow, often building long-term relationships as they progress to become her clients.
Beyond recruitment, Lucy plays an active role in mentoring rising talent like Ella Moore and celebrating industry milestones such as the CPEng awards.
