A Day in the Life

Mac’s day starts with stretches before he heads out for his morning walk around the office. Once the team has settled in, it’s time for his first important task—ensuring the workplace remains joyful and stress-free. Mac has a special talent for lifting spirits and an uncanny knack for knowing when someone needs a bit of cheer.
When he’s not boosting morale, Mac moonlights as the office cleaner. He focuses his efforts on the floors, where his small stature and attention to detail make him the perfect candidate for the job.

Mac's Background and Experience

While he may not have a traditional education, his early years were spent training in various skills that have proven invaluable in his current role—chiefly, managing his naptime and maintaining a spotless floor. His training as a "Culture Coach" came naturally, with his ability to read the room and respond with the right energy.
She’s particularly passionate about Grada’s partnerships and events, which allow her to connect with clients and candidates. By staying adaptable and thinking on her feet, Leah ensures her role remains as rewarding as it is challenging. With her dedication, creativity, and people-first mindset, Leah McDonald is a true asset to the Grada team.
