Georgia is an essential member of the Grada architecture team. Having previously worked in construction and design recruitment in the UK, Georgia now specialises in architecture recruitment with a particular focus on interiors. Georgia’s other work experience – including being on the tools in the construction industry and operating in high-end hospitality environments – enables her to understand the needs of her clients and candidates alike, resulting in great outcomes for all. Georgia was nominated for and won the 2023 RCSA Rising Star award a testament to her enduring commitment and leadership in recruitment.

James, a director at Grada, leads the architecture and design side of the business. From being a ski instructor, to flying long haul as a flight attendant, to being a clinic manager at a physio clinic – it’s fair to say Mackenzie has a breadth of experience to call on. Mackenzie’s outgoing personality, and highly organised nature means she excels at forging relationships across all levels of business within the architecture industry.
Mackenzie is currently on maternity leave and will be back in August.
